A fantástica compilação The Immaculate Collection é até hoje um sucesso gigantesco e se tornou um ótimo cartão de apresentação àqueles que não conhecem muito da carreira de Madonna. São hits atrás de hits mas muitos fãs sentiram falta de muitos outros hits,
alguns muito amados como True Blue e Causing A Commotion.
Pensando nisso o HOLIDAY SHARE produziu esse album com todos os 14 singles não lembrados em The Immaculate Collection, são sete singles no Top 10 na Hot 100, incluindo Who's That Girl que foi #1, Causing A Commotion #2 e True Blue #3 e com 6 singles no Top 10 no Hot Dance, incluindo Causing a Commotion e Keep It Together que foram #1. Uma primeira década inigualável.
As faixas estão todas em sua versão edit produzidas por Donny e são apresentadas em ordem cronológica.
Uma coleção que nos ajuda a sonharmos ainda mais com um relançamento duplo desse inesquecível album.
The reason I think I created my own "greatest hits" cassettes, then CDs, now MP3 is due to these songs NOT being on the Immaculate Collection. My "box set" that evolves on occasion includes official remixes, a few single mixes, live versions (in good quality), demos, unreleased tracks, and a smattering of fan-made remixes and I call it Encyclopaedia Madonnica, each "volume" is an album era, with songs in order of release with non-singles being put in order in way they sound. I also made "Supplemental volumes" with 2nd favorite versions, in order of release, but not separating the eras into individual volumes, just alternate versions in order with each volume having a few less tracks as the number of versions I have available diminish. I have 7 volumes of supplementals. Once in awhile, if a version appears or a better quality demo, it may push a different version of the same song to a different volume, if that makes any sense.
